With over 30 years’ experience as a retail manager, I am recognised for leading high-performing teams in fast-paced, customer-focused environments, consistently delivering operational excellence and fostering inclusive, values-driven cultures.

As a certified leadership coach, I am committed to colleague development and empowering teams to achieve clarity, confidence, and accountability.

Since 2023, in my part-time nonprofit coaching practice with DMiller.CoachingSpaces, I have coached many retail and frontline leaders, enhancing their confidence, communication, and team impact through branded workshops and materials focusing on inclusive leadership, resilience, and strategic decision-making. My approach integrates transformational coaching, allowing individuals to explore values, identity, and purpose beyond surface-level performance, and utilises frameworks such as AC, GROW, and Co-Active to support the growth of emerging leaders and drive improved team performance.
